We have just recently established a redevelopment agreement with the Village of Phoenix to reinvigorate the community through homeownership.  J & T strives to assist communities in establishing a stable economy, and we believe this can be accomplished through the housing market.  J&T understands the value of homeownership throughout the Phoenix community..
