We have established a redevelopment agreement with the Village of Burnham to reinvigorate the community through homeownership.  J & T strives to assist communities in establishing a stable economy and we believe this can be accomplished through the housing market.  J&T understands the value of homeownership throughout the Burnham community and we do not rent any of the homes per our redevelopment agreement.
